CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text 72 hours in advance (3 days) and then another reminder 24 hrs before. Because we reserve time especially for you, we sincerely ask for at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A credit card is required to hold new appointments. If you choose not to provide your credit card information, we will not hold your appointment. A 50% service fee will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours to your appointment time, and all future appointments must be secured in advance with a credit card. No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay a deposit towards their visit when booking future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS
We ask our guests to arrive at their scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for a quality experience with their stylist. We will do our best to accommodate late arriving guests within their reserved service time slot. While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointments may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late arriving guests may inconvenience the stylists’ next guests. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS
In the event that you miss or are late for 3 consecutive appointments, regardless of reason, you will be unable to schedule any future appointments without prepaying for your services in full, at least 1 week prior to the appointment date. If something is wrong, a client must advise stylist within 72 hrs (3 days) in advance. After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient to you and the stylist of your choice.

NEW CLIENTS
New client touch up refills must have at least 50% of extensions per eye. If not, it is considered a full set.

SAFETY RESTRICTIONS (Children/Pets)
Our studio requires the use of sharp instruments that can be dangerous. No children under the age of 12, including infants in strollers, are permitted in the studio. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the studio, except for registered service animals.

PAYMENT/GRATUITY
We accept all major credit cards, apple pay and cash. If you’re paying in Cash or Apple Cash, we’ll give you a 10$ discount.
Gratuity for any service are not expected but are genuinely appreciated.
